Our Purpose

The purpose of this organization shall be to unite and strengthen the program of Presbyterian Women within the boundaries of the Presbytery of San Diego, relating them to Presbyterian Women in the Synod of Southern California and Hawaii, and together striving to fulfill the common purpose:

"Forgiven and freed by God in Jesus Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves:
to nurture our faith through prayer and Bible Study, to work for justice and peace,
and to build an inclusive, caring community of women that strengthens the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and witnesses to the promise of God’s kingdom." - from the PC (USA) website
